Welcome Sunday is Sunday, Aug. 19th, and a festival worship service is planned at the Chapel, which is reopening to the public after being closed for restoration work all summer.

All are welcome to attend the service of Holy Communion, which kicks off at 9:50 a.m. with pre-service music by the Chapel Praise Band. University Pastor Charlene M. Rachuy Cox will preach and Dr. Mark Bartusch from the Theology Department will preside.

Incoming students and their families are also invited to be special guests at the Welcome Gathering at the Chapel at 9:20 a.m. Sunday, where a light breakfast will be served.
