Aug 25 is Welcome Sunday

August 25th marks Welcome Sunday, the first Sunday morning worship service for the 2013-14 school year.

A welcome gathering with coffee, tea, and light morning refreshments will be offered at the Chapel beginning at 9:20 a.m. Worship begins at 10 a.m. in the main chapel, with pre-service music provided by the Chapel Praise Band. For students there's no need to come alone -- look for peer ministers in the freshmen residence halls at 9:20 a.m. and walk over to the Chapel together for the welcome gathering.

Rev. James A. Wetzstein, university pastor, will preach and preside for Welcome Sunday. Come and experience Sunday morning worship with Holy Communion in the Chapel. Get more information here.
