We at Valparaiso University are deeply saddened by the recent news of the closing of Saint Joseph’s College.  As you consider your options for transferring to continue your education, we want you to remind you that Valparaiso University may be an option.  Similar to St. Joe, Valpo is a smaller university where the average class size is 21 students.  Our faculty will know you by your first name.  Valpo also has incredible school spirit and more than 100 clubs and organizations for you to join.

Academically, a transfer to Valpo would be seamless.  You will receive credit for each course taken at Saint Joseph’s as long as you have earned a C- or higher. Valpo offers more than 70 undergraduate programs including education, business, political science, engineering and communication.  An updated list of all Saint Joseph’s courses may be found in our transfer database.
