Scholarships and Funding for Study Abroad

Inquire with the Office of International Programs for additional ways to fund your study abroad experience.  Remember Valparaiso University Financial Aid and Scholarships apply to affiliated programs abroad, with the exception of some music/athletic performance scholarships, so your payment plan remains the same.

 Benjamin Gilman Scholarship - up to $5,000

 

 

The Gilman International Scholarship Program is pleased to announce that the Fall 2014 and Year 14/15 application is now available online for students to access.  Applications are due March 04, 2014 by 11:59 p.m. (central).  For an application to be complete, students will need to have their application certified online by a study abroad advisor and a financial aid advisor to be considered.  All applicants will be notified of their status in June.  For more information about the Gilman Scholarship, webinar schedules, and other helpful resources please visit the Gilman Scholarship website.  

 

Valpo Internal Deadline: February 10, 2014

 

Submit your final application by February 10 to the Office of International Programs to have your essay statements reviewed by a faculty committee.  You will be matched with a faculty member to review your essay statements before the final submission deadline of March 04.  Get started now!
