Steps to take to apply to Valpo

1. Complete Valpo's freshman/undergraduate application.
   • Apply Online (FREE)
     • Counselor Evaluation Form (58 KB)
       After completing the online application, please print and submit this Counselor Evaluation form
   • Download the Application (287 KB)
   • Common Application
     • Common Application Supplement — After completing the Common Application, please be sure to also submit Valpo's online Supplement form or print and submit the Common Application Supplement PDF. (120 KB)
2. Submit your completed application to the Valparaiso University Office of Admission along with:
   • Your standardized test scores (SAT or ACT) from the testing agency or on your official high school transcript. Valpo's SAT code is 1874 and ACT is 1256.)
   • Your official high school transcript. (NOTE: If you do not meet the minimum course requirements, you may be contacted for additional information.)
   • A $30 non-refundable, paper application fee. (Fee is waived for online applications.)
