Young Alumni Invited to St. Louis Event

The Valpo Alumni Association and the Valpo Club of St. Louis invite all young alumni living in the St. Louis metropolitan area to gather at J. Bucks Restaurant on May 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Honorary Degrees to be Granted to Four

A Valparaiso University graduate who is a nationally recognized authority on personality and developmental psychology, a retired local physician, a leading legal scholar and the head of a national social service agency will be awarded honorary degrees from Valparaiso this month.

Alumnus Wins NSF Fellowship

A Valparaiso University engineering graduate has been selected to receive a prestigious National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.

Crusader Volleyball Squad to Host Team Camp

The Valparaiso volleyball program will be hosting a team camp at the Athletics-Recreation Center on July 19-20.

Crusaders Head to Horizon League Championship as Second Seed

The Matchup: Valparaiso opens Horizon League Championship play on Thursday evening as the second seed, facing the winner of a first-round game between UIC and Youngstown State. The Crusaders, who have already set a school record with 30 victories this season, are looking to win the double-elimination tournament and advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.

Three Crusaders, Schneider Earn Horizon League Accolades

Tracy Korth (Elgin, Ill./Larkin [Elgin C.C.]) and Andrea Zappia (Indianapolis, Ind./Franklin Central) each received First Team All-Horizon League honors, while Shannon Robinson (Toronto, Ontario/John Redmond) earned Second Team accolades and Randy Schneider was named Co-Coach of the Year as the league announced its award winners Wednesday evening.
