Volunteer Opportunity with Susan G Komen Race for the Cure 
 
We invite you to volunteer with us for the downtown Chicago Race for the Cure on Saturday, Sept 22 at Butler Field (Grant Park) in Chicago. The Race for the Cure, held at numerous locations throughout the country, is one of the largest organizaations of its kind and raises awareness, support, and research assistance for breast cancer.

Valpo alumni, friends, and family members of the Chicago Valpo Club will be staffing a water station for either the 5K or 10K run and is a great opportunity to help in the fight in against breast cancer, while getting acquainted with other alumni.  We will volunteer together as a group beginning at 7am through 12pm. 


You will need to register on the Race website. The link below will take you directly to the volunteer sign up page where you will need to set up a password for yourself.  When asked if you are registering with a group, please select Chicago Valpo Alumni Club.

You will receive communications directly from the Race, but feel free to contact Karen Kollath at (847)550-1437 directly with any questions.
