Kyle Clauss '09 is a business marketing major from Maywood, Illinois and is our 2007-2008 second vice president. He really enjoys the opportunity to work with his fellow Student Alumni Association members and making Valparaiso University a place that everyone can be proud of, students and alumni alike. Matt Cook '10 is an exploratory major from Lafayette, Indiana. His favorite thing about Valpo is the wonderful Brandt cafeteria. Favorite quote: "The only thing to fear is fear itself."
Stephanie Donaldson '10 is a political science major from Peru, Indiana. Her favorite part of the Student Alumni Association is the opportunity to interact with Valpo alumni.
Cheryl Duesenberg '09 is a nursing major from St. Louis. Her favorite part of the Student Alumni Association is the opportunity to meet Valpo alumni and hearing stories about their experiences at Valpo.
Hudson Evans '09 is a finance major from Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. He is our 2007-2008 first vice president, in addition to being a Taurus who enjoys summer and Arbor Day. His favorite Student Alumni Association memory is bringing “sexy back” at a recent cabinet meeting. Favorite quote: "That's what she said."
Vince Faso '09 is a finance major from Carpentersville, Illinois. His favorite part of the Student Alumni Association is meeting all of the alumni. Favorite quote: "Nobody who ever gave his best regretted it."
Carly Hively '10 is a communications major with a concentration in television and radio from Columbia City, Indiana. Her favorite thing about Valpo is all the people she has met and the friendships she has made. She also appreciates all the opportunities she's been given to get involved with campus groups and activities. Favorite quote: "Live like you are dying."
Hannah Johnson '10 is a chemistry and pre-med major from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She loves all the friends she's made at Valpo, all the adventures they've had, and all the adventures to come! Favorite quote: "God's call for your life is where your great desire and the world's great hunger meet."
Kathryn Kattalia '10 is an English, communications, and humanities major from Valparaiso. Her favorite thing about Valpo is the close-knit community and all the fabulous people. Favorite quote: "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!"
Michelle Laning '10 is a biology, chemistry, and pre-vet major from Lindenhurst, Illinois. She is our 2008-2009 secretary/treasurer. She loves the small, close-knit atmosphere at Valpo. She's also excited about the Student Alumni Association and the opportunity to interact with alumni and the campus community. Favorite quote: "Oh, the places you'll go!" (Dr. Seuss)
Jana Larson '10 is an international service and public relations major from Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Her favorite thing about Valpo is all the great people! Favorite quote: "Life is but the happiness you make of it."
Markie Lyons '09 is a marketing and finance major from Thorntown, Indiana. Her favorite part of the Student Alumni Association is the meetings. Favorite quote: "Those who matter don’t mind, and those who mind don’t matter."
Ryan Miller '10 is a chemistry, biology, and pre-med major from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. His favorite thing about Valpo are the late nights with friends and the excellent community. He's looking forward to his membership in the Student Alumni Association and to developing a greater knowledge of Valpo tradition and pride. Favorite quote: "Live life like there is no tomorrow."
Callie Spengler '10 is an international business and Chinese and Japanese studies major from Gurnee, Illinois. Her favorite thing about Valpo is the experiences it offers and the people she's met. Favorite quote: "Forgive and forget."
Kevin Strbjak '09 is a political science major from Munster, Indiana. He really enjoys the sense of community shared by the students, faculty and staff at Valpo. Favorite quote: “Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible.”
Brittany Wagoner '10 is a meteorology major from Adrian, Michigan. Her favorite thing about Valpo is that she has entertainment and friends around all the time. She's most looking forward to being a part of and preparing some fun parties with the Student Alumni Association! Favorite quote: "Control what you can control."
Cullen Wulf '10 is a finance and management major from Appleton, Wisconsin. The thing he's most looking forward to about being a member of the Student Alumni Association is meeting alumni and new friends. Favorite quote: "There is no revenge so complete as forgiveness."
