Biography

Professor Wuerffel is an interdisciplinary artist and received her MFA from Columbia College Chicago in Interdisciplinary Arts and Media. Professor Wuerffel currently teaches digital media art at Valparaiso University and frequently collaborates with the College of Engineering on interdisciplinary projects. She also co-directs the Welcome Project, an effort to collect first-person stories from campus, local, and regional Northwest Indiana voices in an effort to illuminate the complexities and joys of living together amid our differences.
