Steve Bartholomew earned All-Conference honors for the second straight year.

Bartholomew Receives All-Conference Honors

Steve Bartholomew (Valparaiso, Ind./Morgan Township) has been named to the Mid-Continent Conference Outdoor Track and Field All-Conference Team after recording two podium finishes at the outdoor championship meet.

The junior kicked off the meet with a third-place finish in the hammer throw, recording a toss of 175'5". He followed with a runner-up placing in the discus throw, registering a season-best mark of 168'6".

Bartholomew will compete in the hammer throw at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships in Columbia, Mo. on Friday, May 25 at 11 a.m. He qualified for the regional meet by virtue of his mark of 191'2" at the Puma Invitational on April 21.
