Valpo Finishes Rocket Dual with Three More Victories

Valparaiso wrapped up play at the Rocket Hidden Duals on Saturday afternoon and three Crusaders earned singles victories in Toledo, Ohio.

Rachel Janssen (Fort Wayne, Ind./Dwenger H.S.) was a 6-4, 6-2 winner over Aneta Maricevic of Detroit at the top spot of A Singles while Kim Sajevic (Woodbury, Minn./Woodbury H.S.) notched a 6-3, 6-2 win over the Titans' Stephanie Hill at the top spot of B Singles.

Kate Evangelist (Glen Ellyn, Ill./Glenbard West H.S.) was a 6-2, 3-6, 10-7 winner at the second spot of A Singles against Eastern Michigan as she downed Aditi Krishnan.

Janssen will compete for Valpo at the IPFW Invitational this coming weekend.
