Ran in all six races for the Crusaders ... contributed to Valpo’s team score on five occasions ... opened season with 23rd place finish at Crusader Invitational ... bested career-best 8K time at Indiana Intercollegiates, crossing the line in 27:36.0 ... sliced over 40 seconds off that time two weeks later at the Notre Dame Invitational, covering the 8K course in 26:53 ... helped Crusader men match best ever Mid-Con finish at the conference championship meet, placing 36th ... completed 10K course at NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 34:58.53, over a minute faster than the previous year ... a member of the Mid-Con All-Academic Team.

Men's Track & Field - 2006

Among Valpo’s best indoors in the 3,000m run (9:32.32) and the 5,000m run (16:12.99) ... posted best times outdoors of 4:23.10 in the 1,500m run, 15:55.66 in the 5,000m run and 34:59.57 in the 10,000m run ... named to Mid-Con All-Academic team.

Men's Cross Country - 2005

Competed six times as a freshman ... named to Mid-Continent Conference All-Academic Team ... twice ran under 28 minutes, first doing so at Notre Dame Invitational, finishing in 27:57 ... set personal best in 8K at Mid-Con Championships at Sunset Hills Farm, finishing 36th in 27:44.5 ... was third among all Valpo runners at Mid-Con meet ... also competed at NCAA Great Lakes Regional, again finishing third among Crusaders, crossing the tape in 35:33.8.

A three-year letterwinner for the Redskins ... named team’s Most Valuable Runner as a junior and senior ... served as team captain for three seasons, 2002-04 ... also lettered in track ... a member of National Honor Society.
