Ran in all six races for the Crusaders ... earned Second Team All Mid-Continent Conference honors ... contributed to Valpo team score in each of the last five races ... was Crusaders’ second-highest finisher in each of season’s last three meets ... named Valpo’s Most Improved Runner ... ran career-best 8K time of 26:50 at Notre Dame Invitational ... improved upon that time by nearly a minute next time out, covering 8K course at the Evansville Invitational in 25:57.10, good for seventh place ... finished 14th at Mid-Con Championships ... shaved nearly four minutes off of time at NCAA Great Lakes Regional from the previous season, running 10K in 34:05.77.
