Ran six races as a junior for the Crusaders ... contributed to Valpo team score in all six races ... opened season with second career top-five finish at Crusader Invitational ... ran career-best 5K at Notre Dame Invitational, finishing race in 18:24, the eighth-best time in Valpo history over 5K ... earned Second Team All Mid-Con honors after placing 12th at the Mid-Con Championships ... named to the Mid-Con All-Academic Team ... also named to the Mid-Con Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

Women's Track & Field - 2007

Ran in eight meets for the Crusaders as a sophomore ... earned All Mid-Continent Conference honors outdoors, finishing third in the 10,000m run ... moved into fourth place on Valpo’s all-time chart in the outdoor 10K with a time of 38:08.03 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays ... finished third at the Boilermaker Invitational in the 3,000m run during the indoor campaign ... a member of the Mid-Con All-Academic team ... named to the Fall 2007 Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

Did not run track for the Crusaders last year ... earned All Mid-Con honors this past fall on the Crusader cross country team, finishing 12th at the conference championship meet.

Ran six times for the Brown and Gold ... named to Mid-Con Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence ... finished fourth at season-opening 6K Crusader Invitational (23:14), second-fastest among Valpo runners ... ran fastest 5K of season at Evansville Invitational, covering course in 18:30.5 and finishing sixth ... quickest 6K of the year was at Mid-Con Championships, coming in 17th after finishing Sunset Hills Farm route in 23:11.2.
