All University letterhead is standardized to ensure a consistent identity is portrayed when communicating with stakeholders and constituencies. The blank letterhead has been designed with the new brand identity, including a changeable University signature via downloadable template during the printing operations. Standards are as such:
• One column at the top of the letterhead page for points of contact, including 5 lines (phone, toll free, fax, e-mail address, website)
• One column at the top of the letterhead, to the right of the points of contact, for address information, including four lines (department, building, address and street name, city and state)
• Follow these guidelines for margins:
– Points of contact column: 3.2 inches left margin, left justified; 0.875 inches top margin
– Address column: 5.5 inches left margin, left justified; 0.875 inches top margin
– Recipient information: 0.875 inches left margin; 2 inches top margin
– Body copy: 0.875 inches left margin; 0.875 right margin
– Signature title line: 1 inch bottom margin
