The Valparaiso University Career Center offers private, confidential career counseling for all Valpo students. Our goal is to provide students with the very best career counseling services possible. Our Career Counselors will develop a working relationship with you to explore majors and career options. Services differ according to individual needs, but most Career Counseling sessions include the following:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to explore how your specific talents, gifts, values, and interests relate to the process of choosing a career or calling;
• Administer and interpret inventories to assess abilities, interests, and other factors to identify options;
• Assist in understanding the integration of work and other roles;
• Assist with direction about future careers.
