Program Development- Involved in preliminary task of developing plans for new construction and their presentation to the public for comments; involved in engineering drafting quantity calculations, survey note interpretations and plan assembly.

Project Implementation- Involved in surveying, construction inspection, performing a variety of tests and examinations on materials, and measuring quantities of materials used in construction.
