Title: RMIT Internship (Real Estate, Mortgage, Insurance, and Title Insurance) Location: Valparaiso Salary/Pay: Negotiable Description: RMIT, Inc. is ready to market individual and regional franchisees throughout the United States. RMIT's patent pending paradigm provides local real estate, broker/ownders, with the ability to add mortgage lending, insurance, and title services to their existing real estate services. These will create the first real estate franchise with one stop shopping. RMIT will be a totally internet platformed company. Qualifications: Majors: Business Marketing, Business MBA Entrepreneurial, Communications, PR, and Internet. The intern must want to learn to be a self-employed entrepreneur and must be self-motivated, have high energy, and be very competitive. Duties include: -Develop internet marketing plan -Develop PowerPoint presentations -Develop contacts and presentations for mortgage lenders, insurance underwirters & title underwriters. Comments: Intern can start immediately in the spring semester, or summer of 2010
