Susan Spaeth’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex/technical litigation, particularly biotechnology and biochemistry patent litigation, licensing and counseling. In March 2003, Silicon Valley Business Journal named Spaeth as one of the top 50 “most influential women in business.” She received her B.S. degree from Valparaiso in 1985, and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989.
