November 15 - Solicit nominations for the award.

January 25 - Last day to submit nominations to college dean.

March 15 - College deans forward finalists' narratives and attachments to the Office of the Provost (KRE 107) for distribution to CELT members.

May 1 - CELT selects finalist(s) and forwards name(s) of award recipient(s) to the Office of the Provost for notification and publication. 

Reading Day (May) - Reception honors all finalists and announces award recipient(s).

August - May - Award recipient(s) work with CELT to arrange activities which promote excellence in teaching on Valpo campus.

December Commencement - Award(s) presented to recipient(s) at Commencement.

August 15 - Award recipient(s) provide a written report outlining use of Teaching Award funds and submits report to CELT and the Office of the Provost.
