Deadline for Applications and Date of Awards

For travel July 1, 2012 - October 31, 2012, applications must be submitted to the Provost's Office by April 30, 2012, and awards will be announced and funds granted by mid-May, 2012. 

For travel November 1, 2012 - February 28, 2013, applications must be submitted to the Provost's Office by September 14, 2012, and awards will be announced and funds granted by early October, 2012.

For travel March 1, 2013 - June 30, 2013, applications must be submitted to the Provost's Office by January 15, 2013, and awards will be announced and funds granted by early February, 2013.

For travel July 1, 2013 - October 31, 2013, applications must be submitted to the Provost's Office by May 15, 2013, and awards will be announced and funds granted by late May, 2013.
