Valparaiso University deaconess students are planning a Halloween Festival Saturday, Oct. 31, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Gloria Christi Chapel. There will be dancing, a costume contest, games. S’Mores and, of course, candy. Cost is $3 and the funds will pay for psychological evaluations for future deaconess students.
