Each year during the second week of Easter, clergy, church musicians and other worship leaders from around the nation gather on VU’s campus for worship, renewal and community at the Institute of Liturgical Studies. This year’s theme, The Three Days, features plenary speakers Gail Ramshaw, Ben Stewart, Phil Horrigan and Mark Mummert. This year’s Institute at VU is April 20-22, 2009.

Registration is free to VU faculty, staff and students. You may register 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Harre Union, second floor, outside the ballroom.

The public is also welcome to attend the worship services at the Chapel as part of the ILS, which are set for 8 p.m. Monday (the service of Maundy Thursday), 12:45 p.m. Tuesday (the service of Good Friday) and 8 p.m. Tuesday (the service of Easter Vigil).
