Valpo hosts the 63rd session of the Institute of Liturgical Studies, May 2-4, and this year’s theme is “The Psalms.” Registration for Valpo faculty, staff and students is free; please contact jan.rubsam@valpo.edu.
Dedicated to being a regular source of renewal and re-creation, the Institute seeks, through worship, music, and study, to provide inspiration and serious reflection for those who serve in the church. The Psalms are the Bible’s rich treasure of song. We will explore the ways psalms weave their way through our corporate and individual worship lives, giving us voice and connecting us to this rich biblical tradition.
