Eat. Pray. Love.
It's more than a book or a movie -- it's what's happening at Morning Prayer all this year.
You are invited to come to pray at Morning Prayer, experience the love of God and other Christians, and eat something too. Now you don't have to choose between eating lunch and meeting your friends at Morning Prayer, since the Chapel will have to-go lunches during Chapel Break. Pick up a brown bag lunch at the Chapel using your meal plan or Crusader Cash. (Not on a meal plan? Add money to your One Card.) For spring semester 2013, you can choose your sandwich and two sides (fruit, chips and cookies) for just $5, during Chapel Break, Monday through Friday.
Passionate Living is the overall theme this year and on Mondays at Morning Prayer, we'll be hosting a variety of speakers from across campus, who'll be sharing with us how they connect their own passion for their work with their vocation as a Christian. See the schedule. Students can earn one 5th Hour CORE credit by attending Morning Prayer on Mondays*, so be sure to stick around after Morning Prayer for the CORE discussion.
Morning Prayer is 20 minutes long, starting at 11:15 a.m. Monday through Friday when classes are in session. All are welcome!
*See your CORE professor for details on how to receive 5th Hour credit.
