Schweitzer Healthcare Travel Fellowships

Christ College offers Schweitzer Healthcare Travel Fellowships for Spring Break service learning.

Schweitzer Fellowships provide an opportunity for CC pre-medical arts and CC College of Nursing students beyond the freshman year to experience clinical healthcare work in the challenging context of urban and rural Central America. The awards help fund travel expenses for students who wish to join professonal medical staff for twelve days in Central America.

This exciting healthcare fieldwork experience is organized by International Service Learning, which has provided healthcare for more than 15,000 under-served people in seven countries. Today ISL serves students from 58 colleges and universities across the nation, from small private schools to the largest university systems.

Education Field Work Travel Fellowships to Central America

Christ College offers Central America Travel Fellowships for English as a Second Language tutoring during Spring Break.

These Fellowships provide an opportunity for CC sophomore and junior students from all academic fields to experience tutoring children in Nicaragua and the Caribbean Coast. The awards help fund travel expenses for students for twelve days in Central America.
