Program Grant
Note to applicants: The Chinese and Japanese
Studies Program offers a limited number of summer grants to
Chinese and Japanese majors to participate in qualified advanced
language programs both in and outside the US. To be eligible,
the recipient must have completed at least two years of language
courses (by the time the summer program starts) and demonstrate
commitment to and high level of performances in language learning.
The amount of grant ranges from $1,000.00 to $3,500.00 depends
on specific needs. To apply, please complete the following application
form and return the signed form to professor Zhimin Lin no later
than the end of February of each year.
