Dean’s Supplemental Research and Travel Funds
The Dean’s Office will consider requests for research and travel funds beyond departmental support or if department support is not available.
Creative Work and Research Committee
The CWRC, a faculty committee, administers several programs that recognize and offer financial assistance for research and teaching innovation.
Committee to Enhance Learning and Teaching
This 12-member committee reviews applications for teaching/learning expense grants and travel grants and administers the Valparaiso University Excellence in Teaching Award.
Sponsored Research
Under the direction of the Office of the Provost, the OSUR is the central point of coordination for sponsored projects and undergraduate research, helping faculty members find sources of funding and manage grant-proposal and reporting processes.
