Due to the large number of graduates, all guests planning to attend the May 2012 Commencement ceremony will be required to have a ticket.

Tickets will be released in two stages, first to graduates.

March 19 – April 15 --- 4 tickets to graduates only

Each graduate is guaranteed 4 tickets if picked up before April 16. Graduates must pick up their tickets in person at the Union Welcome Desk and present their student ID at time of pick up. Once a graduate has picked up their tickets, they must wait until April 16 to pick up any number of additional tickets. Partial orders will not be filled at a later time.

If a graduate's name is not on the list of students to be given tickets they must contact the University Registrar office to confirm their graduation date. All requests to be added to the ticket list must go through the University Registrar Office. 


April 16 – May 20--- Open tickets. First-come, first-served until supply is exhausted. 
Tickets are open to all students, faculty, staff and community. All tickets that were not picked up by graduates before April 16 will be released. 

No ID is required to pick up tickets after April 15. 
No online sales, no phone calls, no will call, no reservations.

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 10:00pm
Friday-Saturday: 8:00am - 11:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 10:00pm


Individuals requiring special seating tickets for guests with handicap needs will be given general admission tickets at the Union Welcome Desk and will need to  exchange for a special seating tickets, parking pass and additional information in the IMC office, Harre Union LL60. Due to limited space, only one family member may sit with the person who qualifies for special seating.
