All requests for ADA seating need to be made by Monday, May 7, 2012.

Special areas are designated for guests in wheelchairs and those with other physical disabilities. Guests needing special seating may be accompanied by one escort. Special seating and a sign language interpreter also are available for the hearing impaired.

To reserve a place in this areas for the commencement ceremony, general admission tickets must be picked up from the Union Welcome Desk and exchanged for a special seating ticket, parking pass and additional information in the Integrated Marketing and Communications office, Harre Union LL60, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Guests with special seating tickets for the commencement ceremony are asked to arrive at the northeast entrance to the Athletics-Recreation Center for advanced seating at noon. Seating for all other guests with general admission tickets begins at 12:30 p.m.

Special seating in the Athletics-Recreation Center is on the ground level and separated from the majority of general admission seating. Seating for general admission is first come, first served. There will be no reserved seats.

Guests with special needs may be dropped off at the Chapel entrance for the Baccalaureate Service. Seating begins at 9 a.m.
