University Trademarks & Symbols Request Form

The Valparaiso University brand and sub-brands are powerful commodities in the marketplace and can be used to reinforce and serve the goals, mission and culture of the institution.

Proper use of the Valparaiso University brand marks ensures the production of consistent, quality communications to our alumni, students, friends, and other constituents worldwide. Each time a University logo or brand is being represented in print, Web or other media, the highest standards mandated by the University should be met. We have provided the following Communications and Graphic Standards documents for your review.

This online request form has been created to assist in the proper distribution of the University's official trademarks and symbols. If you have a need to modify or develop a logo beyond what is available to you here, contact the Vice President of Marketing.

In order to assist us in efficiently logging all requests, you are only able to select one logo from each group. Simply fill out the form for each additional mark, as necessary. Please make every effort to seek out the correct mark for each occassion (e.g. separate submissions for the coated and uncoated version of a mark). Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your request.
