No appointments necessary, however, we understand that it's not always possible to visit our office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on a weekday.  To help those who need other means or times to reach us, we offer:

* Our toll-free number, 1.888.468.2576 or our local number, 219.464.5015:  we find that many if not most questions and concerns can be addressed in a phone conversation with one of our staff if you are able to call between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

* Our toll-free number, has a voice mail option that will allow you to leave a message at any time of the day or night.  Follow the voice mail prompt and press 1 to leave us a message in which you can let us know the nature of your questions or concerns, your student ID number, how you would like us to contact you and when the best times might be to reach you.

*  Our office email address of finaid@valpo.edu is a means by which you may ask us detailed questions and receive a reply normally within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

*  If needed, it may also be possible to arrange an appointment for after hours, given some advance notice.  We would suggest that you email our office with that request and a brief statement about your concerns and/or questions and we'll respond within 24 hours about the possibility of an appointment.
