Extension of Stay

If you are unable to complete your program by the date indicated in item #3 of the DS-2019 form or Item #5 of your I-20 form, you are required to apply for an extension.  You must do this BEFORE your DS-2019 or I-20 expires!

Reduced Course Load (RCL)

Every international student holding an F-1 or J-1 visa is required by immigration law to maintain a full course of study every semester.  Full time is defined as 12 credit hours per semester (9 credit hours for Graduate students).
