The Crusader Connection Mentor Network was established in 2004 in response to Valparaiso University alumni requests for a mentoring program. Made possible by a grant from the Lilly Endowment, this program has a twofold purpose: to provide Valpo students opportunities for vocational guidance and career support in a direct and interactive manner, and to give alumni more personal and meaningful ways to connect with the VU community.

Through building mutually beneficial, substantive relationships between generations of Valpo students, the Crusader Connection Mentor Network seeks to establish stronger connections to Valpo for both student and mentor.
