Dr. Tim Rasinski, professor of literacy education at Kent State University is coauthor of the award winning Fluency First program. He has authored over 12 books on reading education and currently serves as the co-editor of the Journal of Literacy Research. Tim directs the reading clinic at Kent State University which recently won the Ohio’s Best Award for innovations and effectiveness in education.
