The Valpo College of Engineering will be hosting the annual conference for the Illinois/Indiana Section of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE IL/IN) on March 27-28, 2009. The conference will focus on innovations in engineering education, and it will feature presentations by engineering and technology faculty and students. More than a dozen vendors are also expected to be part of the conference exposition, which will provide attendees with many opportunities to learn more about hardware and software that support engineering education. The keynote speaker will be James Melsa, immediate past president of ASEE, who will speak about "Engineering Education for the Global Economy."
