Kenneth H. Kastman has more than 35 years of experience in environmental and civil engineering. He has been involved in property reuse planning, sustainable design and strategic environmental analysis on many projects throughout the United States. He leads the URS Corp. property reuse technology practice. Kastman is the author of more than 30 technical papers and has a bi-monthly column in the Brownfield News magazine. He received his master’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and is a licensed professional engineer in seven states.
