ECE 429: VLSI Design Principles and Tools
Microelectronic circuit fabrication involves a multilayered process. This application allows students to see the layers (n-doped, p-doped, poly-silicon) of a CMOS inverter as well as view an animation of the current flow in the device for both low and high inputs to the inverter.
