Tickets are available through the Center for the Arts Box Office: 219.464.5162 or ordered through the Valpo ArtsMedia Web site. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for senior citizens and students.
The concert includes performances by the Valparaiso University Chorale, Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Concert Band both as individual ensembles and combined. They will perform works celebrating the Christmas season by some of the world's greatest composers.
BROADCASTS
The Christmas Concert will broadcast at 8 p.m. Friday, December 21, by 98.7 WFMT in Chicago, and at 8 p.m. Monday, December 17, by 99.1 KFUO in St. Louis. The Valparaiso University Chorale also will give a live performance of selections from the Christmas Concert program Dec. 4 on WFMT during the 4 p.m. hour.
