SCIENCE FAIR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Teacher Sign Up instructions:

Go to the following link:  http://www.sefi.org/teachersignup.php

Step one:  Select your school from the drop-down list. If your school is in the list, the contact information for your school will be automatically loaded with your registration.

If you are registering a home school, choose the link to add your school to the list. Use Xxxx-Home School as the school name (where Xxxx represents your last name)

Step two: Use the form below to enter your personal contact information (school information is automatically entered for you).  No information will be sold, shared or divulged to any group outside of the Regional Fair Network.

Step three:  Press submit.  An email will be sent to you with a password and link to the login site.  When you get this email, please print it and keep for your records.

When you receive your password, go to http://www.sefi.org/teacherlogin.php for student administration.

NOTE: student registration Code.  Teachers give this registration code to students to allow them to self register at www.sefi.org/register.php .

All registered students for a teacher will appear in this area.

Alternatively, teachers may register a student here rather than have the students do it themselves.

Teachers can see registered students and view/edit the data entered.

Note:  Teachers can see the login Username and Password for all students registered to them.

Student Registration:
Once a student is registered with a teacher, they have a page to enter data about them and their project.
Students receive their username and password from the teacher and go to the Student Login link at http://www.sefi.org/login.php

To complete registration, Students enter Personal Information and press Save Changes

Team projects have a check box and space for team member names.  Only the team leader needs to register full details. Each team member however, must register name and contact information as well as team check box

Note:  All students must submit an abstract in the space provided. (Exception: Team members who are not team leaders need not enter abstract)

Students self registering with teacher registration code go to http://www.sefi.org/register.php and enter the information below.

Students will need to keep the login/password email to go back and enter their personal information and abstract.
