Awarded to — incoming Lutheran students actively engaged in leadership roles in their districts, synods or Lutheran high schools; Full Tuition, Two awards annually
Nominated by leaders within Lutheran denominations by Dec 1 of your senior year in high school
Must submit a completed admission application with required materials by Dec. 1
Submit Lutheran Leader application and two letters of recommendation by Jan. 15
Will be notified by Office of Church Relations Mid-March

Martin Luther Award
$7,500 per year ($30,000 for 4 years) or a scholarship of greater value
Dependent daughters and sons of full-time, professional, rostered Lutheran Church workers. If a student qualifies for a higher academic scholarship, that scholarship replaces the Martin Luther Award. (transfer students also eligible)
