Manage videoconferencing of College of Nursing classes, work with students who need to attend classes remotely to ensure they can participate as filly as possible through online collaboration.  Also maintain rapport with and provide technical support to the instructor(s) of the course.

The person(s) chosen for this position will be motivated, open to experiential learning, and a strong troubleshooter.  Good communication skills are absolutely essential to being successful in this position.

Experience/skills: Must be able to relate professionally with instructors and graduate students; strong Windows-based hardware/software troubleshooting skills required; experience with Adobe Acrobat Connect or other videoconferencing tools preferred.
