A complete educational experience: The Summer Global Leadership Institute is known for its hands on academic tracks and global experience. Students from far and wide come to Valparaiso University’s summer program to be immersed in an environment where they can learn both from highly ranked professors and from each other.

 A personal focus: With a close teacher-to-student ratio, students can expect to receive a more personal connection with, and attention from, the faculty members. Students will also be interacting with their International Ambassadors (IAs) on a daily basis. The IAs will be there 24/7 working with the students in small groups as well as engaging the group as a whole. 

Friends and fun:  Friends made through this program are able to build lasting relationships, even across cultural boarders. From hands-on exciting classroom experiences to activities both far and near, this program will make your summer unforgettable! The energetic city of Chicago is a close drive, and an amazing place to check out various world renowned museums, landmarks, and shopping!  Also within close distance is one of the 5 famous Great Lakes; Lake Michigan! Global connectivity: The Summer Program offers students the opportunity for interaction and learning from students from nations around the world which gives Valpo an international focus.
