This website is a companion to my 2002 IFLTA conference presentation entitled "'Multikulti': Turkish-German Poems for the Beginning and Intermediate Classrooms."

Here you will find a selection of fully didacticized poems from the collection entitled Türken deutscher Sprache: Berichte, Erzählungen, Gedichte (Irmgard Ackermann, ed. München: dtv 1984), as well as links to other resources for teaching about multiculturalism in Germany.
