Kylie began her studies at Valpo with a major in International Service and a minor in Urban Studies.  As part of her major, she needed to take a number of required foreign language courses.  Having taken these courses in French, she later decided to add French as a major because it fit so well with what she was doing in International Service.  As she says, “Not only are the French faculty very personal and one-on-one, but the program is such that it complements the rest of my VU education.”
