Grading Criteria for Lincolnway Presentations

Good presentations should adequately…
1. Summarize land uses along their portion of the corridor
2. Answer the question of why these types of businesses are located there. Address whether or not agglomeration and relative location affect business location.
3. Address how relative location of this section of Lincolnway is changing?
4. Answer the question of how the area's accessibility is changing relative to other locations.
5. Address what could be done to improve accessibility.

In addition…
Each student should visibly contribute to the presentation.
Each group should be able to address questions and comments from their classmates afterwards.

A Not so Good Presentation…
Leaves out some of the discussion points listed above.
Involves only one or two students
Students do not adequately address questions and comments form their classmates afterwards.


Be prepared to keep your presentation short. You will have limited time in which to make your presentation. Each person's contribution will by necessity be limited.
