| Master of Engineering Management |
| The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) exam is required for all students applying to the MEM program. | Master of Education – Initial Licensure |
| The Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST), or Praxis I, in Reading, Writing and Mathematics is required for all students applying to the MEd program. Passing scores are: Reading – 176, Writing – 172 and Math – 175. Information regarding the PPST can be found on their website at: http://www.ets.org/praxis. |
| Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) |
International students must take The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) unless they have received a degree from a US institution of higher education. Passing scores are 530 (paper version) or 213 (computer version). Students may substitute intensive study in English language at the Interlink English Language Center at Valparaiso University. Completion of Level 5 is required. Score of 6.0 or better on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) may also be submitted.
