Nicole Siewin, Director

Nicole joined Valparaiso University in June 1997 in the Office of Alumni Relations.  She received her bachelor of science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.  Nicole has extensive experience in volunteer engagement and board support, having worked with Valparaiso University’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, Parents Council and Student Alumni Association.  She has strong relationship skills and numerous connections across campus and throughout the alumni, parent and student population. She lives in Valparaiso with her husband, Sean, and two sons, Lucas and Isaac.

Karen Nichols, Office Assistant

Karen joined Valparaiso University in June 2008.  She has extensive experience in office management and accounting.  She has two daughters Lexi (who will attend Valpo in the fall!) and Lacey.   With her husband Brian she coaches Varsity Poms and elementary girls basketball.  They live in the country on a mini farm, which includes 1 mini donkey, pygmy goats (8) and three "fainting" goats.
