Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:00pm - During the academic year - 4 hours per day during the summer (mid May to mid Aug.)

Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma

Experience/Skills:

  • Prior management of personnel and customer service preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Driver's license
  • Ability to occasionally lift 40lb packages ( dolly and carts are available)

Job Summary:

The Manager of Student Mail Services will be responsible for all functions of Student Mail Services for the University in the most effective way, while providing exemplary service and complying with security of the mail and postal regulations.

  • Managing the Department - all aspects of operation
  • Mail sortation, package tracking, UPS shipping
  • Supervision of employees, hiring, scheduling, training,  and performance reviews
  • Cash deposits, and ordering supplies
