<li>5-7 years of work related experience in career development programs and services.</li>

<li>Coordinate all aspects of the Career Center, including career counseling and development, employer relations and recruitment, the internship and cooperative education program, and career programs and publications.</li>
<li>Develop and implement Career Center programs and services which are consistent with the University mission and stategic plan.</li>
<li>Provide Career Center programs and services to undergraduate and graduate students.</li>
<li>Offer career counseling and other career development services.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to students to prepare them for the job search process including resume review, interview skill enhancement, job search strategies, and networking.</li>
<li>Help students explore graduate school opportunities.</li>
<li>Provide appropriate career resource tools for students including career counseling tools, career library materials, and on-line resources.</li>
<li>Offer a variety of career programs to inform and assist students with their career development.</li>
<li>Coordinate Career Fair programs.</li>
<li>Enhance and expand partnerships with employers to increase on-campus interviewing and employer involvement in recruiting as well as special events.</li>
<li>Coordinate the internship and cooperative educatin program in collaboration with the various colleges at the University.</li>
<li>Prepare Career Center publications including brochures, career guides, The Career Center Handbook, and specific marketing pieces.</li>
<li>Oversee all data collection and report preparation for the annual Graduate Survey.</li>
<li>Build partnerships with community businesses and organizations to facilitate career development opportunities for students.</li>
<li>Build an alumni network to assist students with career exploration and career pursuits.</li>
<li>Hire, orient, and supervise professional, clerical and student staff.</li>
<li>Develop and administer an annual budget and supervise all fiscal matters within the Career Center.</li>
<li>Coordinate assessment activities in regard to the Career Center.</li>
<li>Serve as a visible campus resource on career related matters and work with the various colleges to provide appropriate career services for students.</li>
<li>Participate with other members of the Student Affairs and University staff in the planning and implementation of the total student services program.</li>
<li>Serve on various campus task forces and committees.</li>
<li>Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Vice President for Student Affairs.<br/>
